Where deemed appropriate by management, notice will be posted on this site of material changes to products. We encourage our visitors to join as members and sign in by providing us with accurate and current information about yourself. During the sign in process we will ask you to select a Member Name and Password. We strongly encourage our visitors to please choose Member Names that do not impersonate someone else. SHIPPING
In stock items are shipped to customers (pursuant to verification of payment) within 3 business days of verification of payment. We are happy to make arrangements for items to be shipped to our customers using various forms of post - however note that we do not ship to P.O Box addresses. This site does not provide for automatic selection of shipping terms and such arrangements including payment of such need to be confirmed with management. Temple Trees does not guarantee lost or damaged goods nor can we be held liable for any third party shipping arrangements. We encourage the use of Pos Indonesia, whose rates are based on weight. Pos Indonesia also has EMS for faster delivery of your goods. Registered items are typically delivered to North America and Europe within 3 days and EMS offers next day service throughout most of Asia.

PAYMENT TERMS
Temple Trees does not provide for direct electronic payment on this site. All payments are made via bank transfer (net of any transfer fees). Payments can be made in Indonesian rupiah or in US dollars. Payments must be confirmed prior to release of any merchandise. Please hold on to your electronic receipt and bank transfer receipt as proof of purchase.

PRICES
All prices on this site are "retail" prices quoted in Indonesian rupiah. As several of our products are susceptible to exchange rate fluctuations, Temple Trees reserves the right to change prices of products and services at anytime at our sole discretion. International buyers are encouraged to click on the link www.xe.net to facilitate conversion of prices to US dollars. We accept payment in either Indonesian rupiah or US dollars. Please note, we provide wholesale prices for bulk orders on certain products. Please contact management directly for a list of wholesale prices for available products. Payment terms for wholesale orders are 50% upon placement of order and 50% upon completion of order, but prior to shipment of goods.
